Why We Love This Recipe
This cheesesteak skillet delivers everything we love about a traditional cheesesteak without the bread.
The sweet peppers and onions complement the savory steak, while the shiitake mushrooms add a rich, earthy flavor. The melted provolone and Asiago bring everything together.
And with everything prepared in one skillet, cleanup is easy.
Well, relatively easy. Jerry still has to wash the pan! 😂
